ONE Eligibility System: Resources for Partners

Help people get connected to medical, food, cash and child care benefits

The Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP) supports eligibility determination for medical, food, cash and child care benefits. This site is for partners who help people apply for these benefits through the ONE Eligibility system.

Use the Oregon Eligibility (ONE) Toolkit to let people know they can apply for medical, food, cash and child care benefits in one place. ​​They can apply for and manage their benefits online, by phone or in person at a local ​office. 

  • The toolkit has many resources in multiple languages. 
  • It includes print materials, drop-in articles, website and social media content.

EBT card help - Information about electronic benefits cards used for state benefits.

Mobile app

The free Oregon ONE Mobile app lets people manage their benefits, view messages, upload documents and more. It is available in English and Spanish.

Help applying for OHP - Includes a searchable list of local contacts who help people apply for OHP (select "I'm looking for help with Oregon Health Plan") 

Help applying for SNAP - Includes a list of organizations that help people apply for SNAP

Benefits programs

The ONE Eligibility system integrates the application process for these programs:

  • Oregon Health Plan - Oregon's Medicaid program. 
  • Long-term Services and Supports - Benefits may include long-term care services and help paying Medicare costs.
  • SNAP program - Monthly benefits to help people buy food. Benefits are usually issued on an electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card.
  • TANF program - Cash benefits to low-income families and new parents. Benefits are usually issued on an electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card.
  • TA-DVS - Helps domestic violence survivors with temporary cash benefits if their safety is at risk.
  • Refugee services - Cash assistance and other services for refugees when they first arrive in Oregon.
  • Employment Related Day Care - Helps families who are working or in school pay for child care. This is a subsidy program, which means that some families still pay part of the child care cost.

Get involved

Quarterly ONE Partner Engagement Meetings

This forum is for community partners who assist people applying for or receiving medical, food, cash or child care benefits. Each meeting starts with short presentations on ONE Eligibility system updates. Most of the time is devoted to community partner questions.

  • March 12, June 11, September 10, December 10
  • All meetings are from 2:05 - 2:55 p.m. Pacific Time. Use the Zoom link below to join.

ONE Online Improvement Committee

We host regular meetings with community partners and benefits recipients to analyze and develop improvements for the ONE eligibility system.
