Use the
Oregon Eligibility (ONE) Toolkit to let people know they can apply for medical, food, cash and child care benefits in one place. They can apply for and manage their benefits online, by phone or in person at a local office.
- The toolkit has many resources in multiple languages.
- It includes print materials, drop-in articles, website and social media content.

Mobile app
The free Oregon ONE Mobile app lets people manage their benefits, view messages, upload documents and more. It is available in English and Spanish.

Benefits programs
The ONE Eligibility system integrates the application process for these programs:

Oregon Health Plan - Oregon's Medicaid program.

Long-term Services and Supports - Benefits may include long-term care services and help paying Medicare costs.

SNAP program - Monthly benefits to help people buy food. Benefits are usually issued on an electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card.

TANF program - Cash benefits to low-income families and new parents. Benefits are usually issued on an electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card.

TA-DVS - Helps domestic violence survivors with temporary cash benefits if their safety is at risk.

Refugee services - Cash assistance and other services for refugees when they first arrive in Oregon.

Employment Related Day Care - Helps families who are working or in school pay for child care. This is a subsidy program, which means that some families still pay part of the child care cost.

Quarterly ONE Partner Engagement Meetings
This forum is for community partners who assist people applying for or receiving medical, food, cash or child care benefits. Each meeting starts with short presentations on ONE Eligibility system updates. Most of the time is devoted to community partner questions.

We host regular meetings with community partners and benefits recipients to analyze and develop improvements for the ONE eligibility system.
