The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is committed to engaging with individuals, families, providers and case management partners to gather feedback on policy and guidance proposals.

Community listening sessions

How can we continue to improve our services? The ODDS leadership team invites you to meet with us and share your experiences. We host monthly community listening sessions on Zoom. We also host in-person sessions across the state. Please come! You’ll have a chance to learn more about ODDS and our services. We’ll have a discussion. We’ll hear your feedback and experiences.

Monthly listening sessions

Join ODDS leadership on Zoom to share your feedback. All are welcome to attend these virtual meetings. We meet every first Wednesday of the month from noon to 1 p.m.

Please register in advance. By registering, you will give us your email address. This is so we can follow up with people afterward, if needed. After you register, Zoom will send you an email with directions to join the meeting.

We also invite you to send your questions or feedback ahead of time using the feedback form.

  • You can fill it out in Arabic, English, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Somali, Spanish and Vietnamese.
  • Deadline: Please send your questions by 8 a.m. on the Monday before the meeting.
  • You don’t have to submit a question to attend the meeting. You can also ask new questions during the meeting.
  • If we can’t answer your question during the meeting, a staff member will get back to you via email.
  • If you want privacy, you can also ask us to respond by email.

We'll see you there!
