The Market Access, Certification, and Inspection Programs address the development and marketing needs of Oregon's agricultural industries in the following ways:

• Promotes and creates demand for Oregon agricultural products in local, domestic, and international markets through trade and business development activities
• Provides third party inspection and certification services that add value to products by making them more marketable
• Conducts field surveys and provides laboratory testing of seed and plant material to detect pests and diseases
