Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

LUBA is proposing to amend its administrative rules. The proposed amendments remove erroneous references and updates the agency's address for filing purposes. Below is a link which contains a notice of proposed rulemaking and statement of need and fiscal impact, as required by ORS 183.335(2), as well as the text of the proposed rule amendments:

Comments may be submitted via email at LUBA.Support@luba.oregon.gov. Please include “Comments on Proposed Rulemaking" in the subject line. Comments may also be submitted via the United States Postal Service at Land Use Board of Appeals, 201 High Street SE, Suite 600, Salem, Oregon 97301-3398. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024.

Rules of Procedure Update

LUBA has amended its Rules of Procedure. The amendments to LUBA's Rules of Procedure at OAR 661-010-0000 to 661-010-0075 took effect Friday, November 1, 2024. The amendments can be found here.
