Public Hearings

Rulemaking hearings provide an opportunity for people to make statements and submit data on rules that the department is proposing to adopt, amend, or repeal. Public comments and testimony can be emailed or mailed to the Rules Coordinator or given orally during the rulemaking hearing. The Department of Corrections held a public rulemaking hearing for the administrative rules listed below.
