This page is designed to share information regarding the DEQ's Clean Water State Revolving Fund Advisory Committee. This is a standing advisory committee with the purpose of providing feedback regarding the program, policy and implementation, including implementation of the federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
Committee structure
The committee includes representatives from wide range of local, state and federal agencies, organizations, and associations covering a number of sectors including:
- Health care
- Housing
- Energy
- Water
- Environmental quality
- Sustainability
- Utilities
- Rural communities
- Low-income
- Agriculture workers
- Tribes
This committee is not focused on rulemaking. The CWSRF Program will convene the committee as needed over the next 18 months.

DEQ held one committee meeting on Nov. 21, 2022. DEQ intends to schedule meetings with the CWSRF Advisory Committee in 2023 at dates to be determined.
