Roles and Responsibilities

This section defines the duties of the coordinating supervisor, the buyer, and others.

The coordinating supervisor will use the event tracking status report to report procurement status back to the State of Oregon emergency operations plan Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) or individual Agency Operations Centers (AOC) at the end of a shift. The buyer may also use it to report status of events at the end of a shift.
