Booths for Resource Organizations
Resource organizations that are eligible for booth space are entities that directly provide counseling, technical support, and community engagement to Oregon businesses.
There is no cost for a resource booth, each booth comes with:
- Two chairs
- One 6 foot table draped
- Exhibitors get complimentary continental breakfast and lunch is included
Resource Organization Booth Setup Time
The Holiday Inn Portland, Columbia Riverfront is located at 909 N. Hayden Island Dr., Portland, OR 97217. Setup time is on October 28, 2024, from 8 - 11:30 a.m.
Booth managers can drive up and drop off booth materials by
following the one lane service road on the west side of the hotel
building then take the first right turn to the Grand Ballroom loading dock. Click here to view a map of the drop off location.
Resource Organization Booth Check-in
Resource organization booth staff will check in at the registration desk to get name badges and booth instructions.
Resource Organization Booth Tear Down Time
We request that resource organizations start tearing down booths
no earlier than 4 p.m. on October 28, 2024.
