State Agencies & Local Governments

Exhibitor booth space at the event is specific to state agencies and local governments who wish to engage with business owners in a meaningful way.

There is no cost for an exhibitor booth. Each booth comes with:

  • Two chairs
  • One 6 foot table draped
  • Exhibitors get complimentary continental breakfast and lunch is included
 

Exhibitor Setup Time

The Holiday Inn Portland, Columbia Riverfront is located at 909 N. Hayden Island Dr., Portland, OR 97217. Setup time is on October 28, 2024, from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Exhibitors can drive up and drop off booth materials by following the one lane service road on the west side of the hotel building then take the first right turn to the Grand Ballroom loading dock. Exhibitor Check-in

Exhibitors will check-in in the exhibitor area.

Exhibitor Tear Down Time

Exhibitor booth tear down can begin no earlier than 4 p.m. on October 28, 2024. Please do not to dismantle your booth ahead of time, as doing so may affect your participation in future events.

Exhibitor Attendee Engagement Times

The Conference has dedicated the following times for attendees to visit exhibitor booths:

  • 1 - 2 p.m.
  • 3 - 4 p.m.
