Equal Pay Assessments


finance-general-cropped.pngExecutive branch employees may request an assessment of their compensation at any time. Employees can also appeal the decision that results from the assessment.

Before requesting an assessment, note that the processes for requesting an assessment, appeal processes, and assessment timelines are all subject to any applicable policies and collective bargaining agreements.

The Employee Request for Internal Salary Assessment​​ form​ may be used to request a review from your agency's human resources department.

The Employee Equal Pay Appeal form​​ may be used to file an appeal of a equal pay analysis conducted by your agency's human resources department.

Agency HR offices will submit unscheduled Equal Pay adjustment requests using the Smartsheet tool below. Please complete and submit this form with a copy of the Equal Pay tool and the employee's internal request assessment form, and any additional relevant documentation.

If you have any questions or wish to request a equal pay assessment, you can use this table to find the appropriate contact for your agency. If you do not see your agency listed, you can find your compensation partner in your Workday profile.

In Workday: Click your picture icon in the upper right-hand corner > select View Profile > select Actions from the left side of your profile > scroll down to Security Profile > select View Support Roles. You can reach out to the person(s) under “Compensation Partner.”
