Maintenance Services

Operations and Maintenance Rent Program cares for DAS-managed buildings and grounds in the Capitol Mall Area and throughout the state. The Program includes two sections: Trade Services and Building Access / Keycard Services. Trade Services section includes custodial, landscape, repair, electrical and  HVAC.  The Building Access section provides Photo ID keycards to  tenants and includes set up and repair of building security systems. 

The Rent Program uses the TRIRIGA system to track work orders for building and equipment repairs and service requests.
