Building cooling and heating systems are monitored and controlled from our central control station. This central Energy Management System (EMS) covers most buildings on the Capitol Mall, in Portland, Pendleton, and Eugene. 

Additional HVAC Services Available for a Fee

• Maintain or repair special equipment owned by your agency such as: computer room cooling, humidity control equipment, electrical distribution systems, and others
  

• Changes, additions, or modifications to the HVAC or electrical systems to meet agency changes and needs. Examples include adding HVAC components to cope with increased staff, equipment or partitions
  

• After hours heating and cooling or other energy use outside normal office operations. Examples include: weekend cooling and energy for large computer rooms
