Financial Tracking

Agencies authorized to respond to disasters may be able to recover some costs and expenses related to their disaster procurements. Each agency must submit the appropriate request and documentation to seek reimbursement for these costs.  

It is the finance supervisor or coordinator’s duty to track expense details including purchase order numbers with date and time, vendor cost information, a description of the commodity or service, the name of the agency requestor, and the assigned buyer.
