Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant

In 2018, the Oregon Legislature passed Senate Bill (SB) 1544, which created the Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant Program to support local law enforcement agencies and district attorneys’ offices in their efforts to address the illegal marijuana market in Oregon.

The Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant Program (IMMEGP) assists local communities with the costs incurred addressing unlawful marijuana cultivation or distribution operations, including investigation, prosecution, and services for victims/survivors of labor trafficking and/or worker abuse.
