Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant
The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission (CJC) is pleased to invite units of local government to submit applications for the Illegal Marijuana Market Grant (IMMEG).
In 2018, the Oregon Legislature passed Senate Bill (SB) 1544, which created the Illegal Marijuana Market Enforcement Grant to assist local law enforcement agencies and district attorneys’ offices in their efforts to address the illegal marijuana market in Oregon.
