Proposed rules and hearings

Rulemaking hearings give the division an opportunity to receive public testimony or comments on rules that the division is proposing to adopt, amend, or repeal. Public comments and testimony can be emailed or mailed to the division rules coordinator or given orally during the rulemaking hearing.

View live meetings

Participate: Rulemaking hearings are open to the public virtually and in-person and all hearings are live-streamed. Connection information for giving testimony virtually will be posted on the "View live meetings" webpage the day of the hearing.

Notice of rulemaking hearings: Rulemaking hearing notices and videos will be posted on this page until the rule is filed with the Secretary of State or 180 days after the public hearing date.
