In this section you will find links to many of the most needed forms in the construction process such as the Moisture Content Acknowledgement form verifying awareness of moisture content requirements; the CCB Construction Responsibilities form to collect owner signature when they’re acting as their own general contractor; the Residential Energy Additional Measure Selection form to specify which additional energy measure is being applied, and many more including available BCD form templates. We have also provided sample building application forms that align with the ePermitting intake requirements and/or in case of an emergency when electronic application might not be available temporarily with outages. As new or helpful forms become available, we will share them to this site.
