Jill E. Gray, J.D.

Senior Policy Analyst Jill focuses on legislative and policy work at the Commission. Prior to joining the Commission’s staff, she worked at the Department of Human Services as its lead legislative coordinator, and before that she worked as legislative staff at the Capitol.  Besides bringing her knowledge of the legislative process, Jill also brings her years of experience working on programs that serve low-income Oregonians.
