Make Sure We Can Reach You
Make sure we have your current mailing address, phone number, email, or other contact information. This way, we’ll be able to contact you about your benefits.
You can update your contact information through any of the following ways:

Online: Log on or create a Oregon Eligibility (ONE) account at
benefits.oregon.gov.

By phone: Call ONE Customer Service at 1-800-699-9075, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. Hold times are lowest from 7 to 8 a.m. All relay calls accepted. If you need an interpreter for your call, start by calling the
toll-free language line for the language you need. 16 language lines are available.

In person: Visit any Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) Office for help. Interpretation is available.

Your local community partner:
Find a community partner near you.

Your coordinated care organization (CCO): Call your CCO. Their number is on your CCO member ID card. If you don’t have your member ID card,
find your CCO’s phone number on the OHP website.

Check Your Mail for Medical Renewal Letters
Between April 2023 and February 2024, you will get a renewal letter. It will tell you whether you still qualify for OHP, or what you need to do to find out if you still qualify. If you rely on OHP to support your health and wellbeing, not knowing when you will get this letter may be difficult.
Keep your contact information up to date so you can get this letter. When you get the letter:
- Read it carefully. See if you need to respond.
- If you need to respond, send the information the letter asks for right away.

If You No Longer Qualify for OHP:
The Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace can help you find other coverage. You may also qualify for help paying the health insurance premium.
Coverage during and after pregnancy and for newborn babies
The Oregon Health Plan
provides coverage for services before, during and after pregnancy – including services for newborn babies. Make sure your address is up to date and report your pregnancy to OHP. After birth, report the baby's name and birth date.
