Prioritized List of Health Services

Oregon's legislature approved funding for lines 1-469 of the prioritized list. The funding line will remain at this level through December 31, 2025*.

*The Prioritized List is not the only factor in determining coverage for services on the Oregon Health Plan. Additional services such as diagnostic and ancillary services are routinely covered, and other services may be covered based on the judgment or policies of the Oregon Health Plan or based on individual review.

In addition, for children and youth under 21, the Oregon Health Plan covers all medically necessary and appropriate Medicaid services through the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment Program (EPSDT). For more information visit OHA's EPSDT page.
