Fees

Effective July 1, 2024, the Oregon Medical Board will increase licensing fees. Licensees will see this change at their next license renewal. For more information, click here.

Once fees are submitted, they will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or prorated.
Fees must be paid before the OMB will process an application for licensure or renewal. The application and fees are valid for one year. After one year, a new application and fee must be submitted. Verification fees charged by other organizations are the applicant’s responsibility.

Assessed once application is complete. Must be paid before OMB will issue license. Fees reduced if licensed in second year of biennium.
