Starting on July 1, 2015, SB 805 directs the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) to begin
physical inspection of commercial farms engaged in the production of eggs, for
the purpose of enforcing provisions of the bill. ODA is directed to assess the cost of these
inspections to the commercial farm being inspected.
