Governor Tina Kotek has appointed two new members to the Oregon Real Estate Board, bringing experience and diverse perspectives.
James Komro with Two Rivers Mortgage joins the board with over 18 years of experience. His clients range from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. He enjoys explaining the real estate process, keeping clients informed and educated throughout the transaction to lessen the anxiety of what is often a very stressful process. James enjoys traveling, exploring on his motorcycle, and unwinding with classic TV shows. He currently resides in Milwaukie with his husband and their energetic black lab. James fills the public member seat previously held by Susan Glen.
Debra Neal has been in the industry for over 20 years. She serves as a principal broker with Windermere Realty Trust, where she is a Trainer/Instructor for the new broker program. Debra actively contributes to the industry as a 2nd Vice President of Oregon Realist-NAREB, a board member for the Portland Housing Center, and a state director for the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors. Debra is involved in her church community and has participated in overseas mission trips. In her free time, she finds joy in travel, hiking, photography, and gardening. Debra fills the industry member seat previously held by Marie Due.
The Oregon Real Estate Agency warmly welcomes James and Debra to the board and extends its sincere appreciation to Susan and Marie for their dedicated service and contributions.
