The EDX system runs a series of “batches” every night. The system is unavailable during these batch runs and whenever PERS updates the system or does routine maintenance.
The system is normally available during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Saturday – Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
(Reports created on weekends are processed the evening of the following business day.)
Holidays: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time during
scheduled holiday PERS-office closures
