For medical records for legal purposes:

Go to the Youth Records page.

For Medical Providers with Epic Access:

OYA is subscribed to Care Everywhere through Epic. Care Everywhere allows providers the opportunity to access OYA Epic charts directly through their own Epic system, increasing patient quality of care.

For a list of organizations on the Care Everywhere Network, visit the Epic website.

1. Go to the patient's chart and click on the Care Everywhere tab.
   
2. On the Care Everywhere tab, click “Find Outside Charts"
3. Search for OCHIN using the search bar.
4. Select the OCHIN checkbox from the list.
5. Click Search.
6. Select the appropriate record.
7. Click Done.
