Contracting Opportunities



OYA contracts directly with qualified Polygraph Examiners in order to obtain polygraph examination services. These services will assist in the treatment and supervision of OYA youth with sexually harming behavior.

OYA accepts applications for the following Community Treatment Services on a continual basis:
  • General Therapy
  • Sexually Harmful Behavior Treatment
  • Substance Use Disorder Treatment
​Community Treatment Services are provided to OYA youth ages 12-24 who are supervised in the community as part of their parole or probation requirements.

​OYA is seeking organizations to provide culturally relevant and responsive services for our youth so that they can remain in or transition back into their home communities, especially our youth from marginalized populations.

​OYA provides youth in custody with religious and culturally-responsive services statewide. This application for Native American Services is intended to establish a list of qualified contractors to perform a variety of Native American services in OYA's facilities.

OYA is seeking culturally relevant and responsive residential services for youth between 12-24 years of age. This questionnaire is intended to establish a list of contractors who provide these services.​
