Featured Career:
Group Life Coordinators

What do Group Life Coordinators do? GLCs provide front line supervision of close custody youth, coordinate daily activities, and serve as positive role models. In the video linked here, two GLCs talk about what it’s like to work inside a secure facility with youth.

A youth at one of our facilities recently interviewed some of the staff there about why they chose this line of work. You can read what they said in the youth's story, "Through Their Eyes."
