The OSFM collects hazardous substance incident reports from emergency responders. Reports from 1986-2009 can be found in the hazardous substance incident searchable database. Incidents reported from 2010-current can be found using the annual hazardous substance incident excel spreadsheets. Current year data is updated monthly.
You can use different methods to search this database which contains incidents from 1986-2009.
The following spreadsheets contain reports on incidents occurring 2010 through current year, with the reports for the current and the previous calendar year being updated the first week of each month. Incidents that are under investigation will not be posted until the investigation has closed.
If you need more information on an incident than is provided here, please submit a public records request and include the incident number, county, and location if known. If you have comments or questions, please email osfm.cr2k@osfm.oregon.gov.
