The Oregon National Guard Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program provides community-wide prevention education as well as victim and survivor advocacy services to service members, employees, and eligible dependents in the Oregon National Guard who experience sexual assault and/or sexual harassment.

Advocacy Services:
- Crisis intervention
- Emotional support
- Non-clinical safety assessments and safety planning
- Accompaniment to appointments and interviews
- Helping to securing county or military protective orders
- Exploring reporting options based on circumstances and preferences
- Warm hand offs to internal partners (SMFS, SEEM, Special Victims Counsel, Behavioral Health, Chaplain)
- Providing referrals to community agencies for interpersonal violence and/or mental health
Eligibility requirements:
- NG members who were sexually assaulted before enlistment or commissioning.
- NG members who were sexually assaulted in a duty status and non-duty status.
- If an assault occurs outside of active service or inactive training, members will be eligible to receive timely access to advocacy services from a SARC and VA.
- Dependents of NG members who are at least 18 years old.
- Title 32 and Title 5 employees (LOD entitlements are not applicable).
- State Active Duty members are eligible for limited SAPR services and limited state benefits which may consist of limited health care services in the form of emergency care.
