Salem Area Construction Updates


Notice: 1-22-24

Ausland Group will be performing ROOF WORK at Anderson Readiness Center as follows:

Construction Work Hours

  • Work hours on roof will be M - F: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • No nighttime or weekend work is planned. The work is scheduled to begin January 25th, 2024. Duration of roofing activities may be impacted by inclement weather. The sequence of construction activities for the duration of work activities for the roofing will be as follows:
    · Mobilization and crane setup.
    · Remove existing Chiller, MAU, and Exhaust Fans.
    · Remove Chiller sleepers.
    · Supply new sleepers for installation.
    · Breakdown and demobilize crane.
