  • Files included relate to the practice of OLCC employees diverting distilled spirits out of the public supply chain, as well as documents related to the Chance to Purchase program.
  • Documents provided here were compiled as a part of the Department of Justice criminal investigation.
  • The OLCC withheld and redacted records in this response pursuant to the following exemptions established by the public records law: ORS 192.355(2) (information of a personal nature) or ORS 192.311(5) (information not relating to the conduct of the public's business), and ORS 192.355(9) (disclosure is prohibited or restricted or information is confidential or privileged under Oregon law), based on ORS 40.225 (attorney-client privilege).
  • Limited redactions have been made based on:
    • Content deemed non-responsive to DOJ's inquiry.  For example, non-relevant texts in a conversation chain.
