Grant Compliance & Monitoring

The Grant Compliance and Monitoring unit ensure accountability and stewardship of resources. We monitor subgrantee financial records to verify they use funds for authorized purposes. We verify they follow Federal and State statutes, regulations, and the terms and conditions of the subaward. The unit provides monthly compliance and monitoring updates. We update the OHCS Executive Team and Housing Stabilization Division on subgrantees' performance.
