Obtain the following from your production analyst. These documents are project specific:

Monthly progress report
Reservation Letter Condition checklist

Rent and Income Limits
Compliance and Asset Mangement
Management and Resident Services Plan Packet

Pre-Approval for new construction: Sponsors must request Pre-Approval at least 60 Days prior to construction finance close and prior to Finance committee review of the project.
Final Approval or Rehab Projects:

Final Approval: Submission of full Management Agent Packet is due when the project reaches 50% construction completion.
Rehab projects: Submit full application for full/final approval 60 days prior to construction close
