Provider Orientation Sessions

ScreenWise Quarterly Provider Q&A Sessions

These quarterly Q&A (question and answer) sessions will focus on topics our clinic partners are asking. 

The first 20 minutes of each quarterly session will be a focused presentation (see topic list near date below), while the remaining 40 minutes will be an open all-topic Q&A. Please bring your questions for our panel of ScreenWise staff to answer, where you can also learn from one another. Do you have questions on ScreenWise eligibility, enrollment, result reporting and billing/claims? You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. Registration is available to all staff who would benefit from learning more about the ScreenWise Program. Complete the registration form below, hold a spot on your calendar, and come join us! Official invites will arrive as we approach each session date, for those who register.

*Please note: The ScreenWise orientation sessions are designed for clinical partners or direct service providers that have a Medical Service Agreement (MSA) with the ScreenWise program. A medical service agreement formalizes the relationship between ScreenWise and the direct service provider, outlines responsibilities, includes which ScreenWise services will be provided through the provider partnership, and details the reimbursement process.*
