Draft Evaluation Design
One of the requirements for Oregon's 1115 waiver is to assess how the state is meeting goals, implementing key policies and serving OHP members. The Center for Outcomes, Research and Education (CORE) at Providence served as an independent evaluator to create the evaluation design. The draft evaluation design was submitted to CMS on April 30, 2024 and is currently awaiting CMS approval.
