Training Course Request Form

This form is to be used by local, state, and tribal emergency management representatives to request courses from consortium training providers, approval for a delivery of a G- or L-course, including NIMS/ICS courses, or request a delivery of a G- or L-course, including NIMS/ICS courses.

Training requests should be coordinated with local, state, and tribal emergency management representatives in your jurisdiction.
