About

Enlarged Project Area MapThe Siuslaw River Bridge is in fair condition but needs repairs to the support columns and bridge surface to preserve and extend its useful life.

To repair the bridge, we're planning to:

  • Apply a new driving surface to the concrete portions of the bridge.
  • Make repairs to the concrete support columns.
  • Remove and install new bridge joints.

We may also install flashing lights that are activated pushing a button and signs that would alert drivers when bicycles are on the bridge.

This work will help keep the bridge in good working condition.
