About
This the existing pavement on OR 6 between milepost 4.4 and milepost 9 is old, damaged and in need of repair. The driving surface is rough with cracks and pot holes.
We're:
Grinding down and removing the driving surface.
Repaving.
Applying permanent striping and replacing deteriorated signs in the project area.
Working on two of the bridges in the project area:
At milepoint 5.78, we're replacing the seal between the joints.
At milepoint 6.9, we're repaving the driving surface with asphalt, installing a waterproof layer and replacing the seal between the joints.
We’re planning to build and will have a better idea about the construction schedule and cost as we get further into design.
