U.S. 101: Salmonberry Trail – Rockaway Beach

Planning Phase

We're building a path next to the railroad to improve access and safety for people walking and biking in the area.

In partnership with the City of Rockaway Beach, we're constructing a path along U.S. 101 between S 1st Avenue and Washington Street.

This path will:

Provide more access for the community and visitors by creating connections between the city's attractions.
Create a safe place for students walking or biking to school.
Act as an evacuation route in the event of an emergency.
