About

view enlarged project mapWe built the historic Rocky Creek Bridge, also known as the Ben Jones Bridge, in 1927. Being on the coast, the metal can get damaged from exposure to harsh winds and salt water. This bridge is in need of routine maintenance to preserve it and keep it in service for years to come.

To do this, we're replacing the system that helps prevent the metal from rusting. This is known as cathodic protection. During construction, it'll look like we're painting the bridge.
