About

We are improving pavement conditions on OR 39 between milepost 272.63 and South 6th Street. Pavement conditions on this stretch of OR 39 are deteriorating and in need of repair.

In addition to repaving the roadway, we are building curb ramps that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. We are also updating traffic signals and multi-use paths at the intersections of OR 39 and Esplanade Avenue.

Location

OR 39 |

 Klamath Falls, OR

Cost and Funding

Approximately $10,300,000

Benefits

Improved pavement conditions will make it safer for all road users (people walking, biking, rolling, driving and moving freight). These improvements are important to make now, before pavement conditions worsen and require a full roadway reconstruction.

What Problem Will This Improve?
