About

We made repairs to the road to extend the life of the pavement and make it safer for drivers.

This section of roadway showed signs of wear, cracking and potholes. Worn roads are less safe for drivers and leads to increased gas and maintenance cost for drivers.

With this project, we completed maintenance repairs before extensive work was required.  We:

  • Patched failures in the existing concrete pavement.

  • Resurfaced the asphalt to repair cracking, rutting and wear.

  • Repaired northbound and southbound lanes.

  • Repaved ramps.

  • Replaced bridge joints.

  • Replaced bridge deck membranes, or the protective layer on the bridge surface.
