About
The pavement on U.S. 101 inside the City of Garibaldi is degraded and needs to be repaved to extend its life.
The slope of the road at crosswalks is too high to meet current ADA standards and needs to be fixed before the road can be paved.
We are:
Repaving the road and applying new striping.
Constructing new ADA curb ramps at the rail crossings on 3rd Street and 7th Street.
Creating bus stop pull out locations.
Building new sidewalks between 1st Street and 11th Street.
Enhancing street signs to make it easier to know where you're going through downtown.
Improving water drainage.
