This project is part of the I-84/U.S. 395 Interchange Area Management Plan (IAMP) for Pendleton. Pendleton IAMP
Project elements include:
- Realign the westbound ramp, Southwest 20th Street, Southwest Emigrant Avenue and U.S. 395 into a single intersection with traffic signals.
- Widen Southwest 20th Street to a five-lane cross section between Southeast Emigrant Avenue and Southwest Court Street.
- Widen southwest bound Southwest Court Avenue to accommodate dual left-turn lanes at the Southwest 20th Street intersection.
