Quarterly Railroad Hazmat Reports
OAR 741-510-0025 requires railroads transporting hazardous material in Oregon to submit a quarterly report to ODOT describing the type and quantity of hazmat transported. This information is intended to inform emergency response agencies with responsibility to respond to rail incidents involving hazmat.
