Changes to CCD Phone Services
Effective October 1, 2023, our Commercial Vehicle Tax Service Center hours will be Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time (PST).
We will be closed weekends, holidays and every third Wednesday of the month from 9 to 10 a.m. for staff training and development.
Why are we changing our service hours?
We are maximizing our resources and improving our services to you. This change will:
- Put more people on the phone at our busiest hours, which means shorter wait times and improved customer service levels.
- Allow us to push planned system upgrades outside of business hours, minimizing disruption and downtime when you need us most.
- Give us valuable time for training and development to ensure our staff are giving the best service possible.
