USDA is authorized by Congress to provide organic certification cost share assistance to Oregon producers or handlers who have PAID eligible costs during the period of October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. Oregon producers or handlers that receive certification or renew their certification from a USDA-accredited certifier are eligible to receive reimbursement for 75% of eligible certification fees, up to a maximum of $750 per annual certification scope.
Deadline
December 1, 2024 —Completed applications and all necessary documents with proof of payment between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024 must be submitted.

Reimbursements
Reimbursements will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis until all available funds have been disbursed. For completed applications, please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your reimbursement.
W-9 requirement
All applicants must submit a W-9 form with their application regardless of if they have received reimbursements in the past. Please follow the instructions on the application to apply to the program.
