The South Redmond tract is a 940-acre parcel of state-owned land that is being planned and developed for sale in collaboration with multiple city and county partners. The project aims to enhance economic development in Central Oregon, contribute to family wage jobs, and benefit Oregon’s public schools.
Lands available for development. 778 acres of the site are available for sale. The property is in a large lot industrial zone, ideal for multiple industries, including manufacturing, warehouses and distribution centers, or research and development. Due to the site’s location in South Redmond’s Urban Renewal Area, tax incentives may be available to companies that acquire the land.
