NOTE: AICs who are currently going through the Intake and Assessment process (located at Coffee Creek Intake Center) are not eligible for visiting until they have been removed from intake and/or moved to their permanent facility.

To schedule a BASIC visit with an AIC in DSU, please submit your request electronically at least 72 hours in advance by using the link below. Once your visit is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email.

Basic Visiting: A type of visitation authorized by DOC in its correctional facilities in which an AIC and an approved visitor are permitted to see and talk with each other on a scheduled basis for a reasonable period of time with no physical contact behind glass. Basic visits can be scheduled for 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., or 2:30 p.m. (limited to 2 visitors, 1-hour time slot, and once per week). 
 

Privileged Visiting: A type of visitation authorized by DOC in its correctional facilities in which an AIC and an approved visitor are permitted to see and talk with each other on a scheduled basis for a reasonable period of time. 

Professional Visits (i.e., law enforcement, a court or state representative, an attorney, a private investigator, or a psychiatrist/psychologist) must be scheduled via the link below. Once your visit is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email. 


AICs may be permitted only one visiting session per visitor per day on weekends and holidays. If travel is greater than 3 hours, you may call (503) 373-0169, 30 days in advance to request to visit both visiting sessions on weekends and/or holidays if space is available. ​

​The SRCI/SRCM facilities are not currently using ICSolutions to schedule in-person visits. Approved DOC Visitors for those AICs housed in General Population or Minimum housing units are able to arrive for Visits during the facility's regular visiting days and times. AICs housed in Special Housing (DSU, IMU, and ASU) must pre-schedule with the Visiting Front Desk officer at 1-(541)-881-4577. ​​

Administrative Housing Unit (AHU) Visiting at TRCI

AHU (Administrative Housing Unit) visiting will now follow the same process for scheduling as General Population. This process is detailed below. 

All visits must be pre-scheduled. The calendar will open two weeks at a time and will close three days prior to the visiting date (For example, if you want to visit on the 19th, you need to sign up by the 15th).

Scheduling is now available on the ICS Corrections website and can be completed the same way as a video visitation. For more information or assistance, follow the step-by-step instructions​ or contact ICS Corrections (888) 646-9437.

AHU Visits will be scheduled the FIRST and THIRD Wednesday of each month. If both sessions are requested, sign up for morning session and you will be allowed to return in the afternoon.
