The OregonBuys eProcurement system is the first place to look for emergency goods or services. The system's emergency commodities report returns a list of registered suppliers who can provide the commodity that you are searching on.
Contracts are flagged for use in a disaster; by running the emergency index, the report can be opened as an excel spreadsheet which returns a list of contractors that are on existing price agreements. These reports contain information such as vendor names, addresses and phone numbers.
If you do not have an OregonBuys account you can obtain one from your OregonBuys agency coordinator or by contacting the eProcurement Team at eprocurement@das.oregon.gov.
